Hardy and blight resistant, this Dwarf Kieffer pear is a late season pear that grows well in most parts of the country. Excellent flavored fruit with golden skin and crisp white flesh. Ripens in October and stores well. They bear fruit abundantly, generally starting the second year. The Kieffer Dwarf Pear tree grows only 8-10' tall and several make a beautiful ornamental lawn grouping. Shipped 1-3' trees.
Needs another variety for a pollinator. Other dwarf pear varieties include the Bartlett.
