More Perennials
Perennial plants are a favorite for growing in the garden and landscapes because they come back year after year. Annual plants, on the other hand, complete their growing cycle in one season and then die. When you grow perennial plants, you'll spend less time planting and more time enjoying the garden. Part of the joy of gardening is selecting perennial plants for the garden. They're available in a wide range of colors, sizes, forms and bloom times. When buying perennial plants, make sure they will grow in your grow zone. Also, consider how much daily sunlight they need, what type of soil they grow best in, their mature height and spread, harvest or bloom time, flower color (if applicable) and other growing requirements.
