I bought one several years ago. Two branches grew really well, but are flowering pears with fruit the size of marbles. Two grew really well and have produced a lot of good fruit. The branch that I think is the fifth variety was so small compared with the others, it hasn't grown well. It may be a third variety and maybe not. I will see in another year or two. I wanted five varieties, would have been happy with three, but am disappointed. The fruit I have gotten is really good! Oh! It would help if you wouldn't erase everything if a commenter made an error!!!

I thought I was buying an already grafted tree, with 5 different varieties. I got the rootstock that I can graft to. But that is all

Looks plantable and healthy as of now

The tree is bareroot and the roots on the one I got looked pretty good. I'm soaking it and will be planting it shortly. The nodes look good along the main stem of the tree. One was broken off but it looks good overall from shipping. It does look like a stick as the other review state but if the nodes grow out well it will be a nice looking tree. Overall I am impressed with the size and am looking forward to seeing it wake up. :)
