Meyer Lemon Tree
Thought to be a cross between a regular lemon and mandarin orange, Meyer Lemon fruit has a sweeter taste and is much easier on the palate when eaten raw or added to fresh salads. The smaller fruits are thin skinned, and have a complex fragrance and flavor to the rind. The trees will grow in accordance to pot size but can ultimately reach 6-10' tall given space to grow. Bears quickly after planting, and produces most heavily in the winter.
