Non-Fade Powder Blue Festuca
Grows in grassy, tuft-like clumps, 6-10" high. Spectacular, non-fading blue foliage make this ideal for borders, flower and rock gardens. Quite ornamental. Hardy, rapidly multiplying, year round ground cover. Does well in full sun and poor, fairly dry soil. Plant 6" apart for tight clump pattern. Start new plant by division of clumps.
