Olympic Giant produces large fruit that can weigh up to 1 pound and are very juicy and sweet with hints of butterscotch flavor. The fruit is great fresh and excellent for cooking as well. Vigorously growing standard trees grow 16-18′ tall and 12-14′ wide at maturity. Bearing starts early in the trees life and no spraying is necessary. Pollinate with another fruiting or ornamental Pear variety.
